If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days and we will provide you with an exchange or refund. Exchanges or returns on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted by mail with the original receipt within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Sale merchandise may not be returned.
Please note the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. The order must be returned with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package as Privileged cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in the mail. Items purchased via internet may be returned to our retail store.
