Privileged was founded in 2006 by fashion buyer and designer, Jennifer Ondyak. Born and raised in Miami Beach, Jen attended university in Washington, DC where she began her fashion career in the marketing department at Neiman Marcus. Upon graduation, she moved to NYC to work at Marie Claire Magazine in marketing and special events. She continued in the fashion industry at Calvin Klein working with the press and celebrities on upcoming collections and later joined John Hardy Jewelry in sales.

In the Fall of 2008 Jen’s dream of creating her own jewelry line was realized. Privileged Jewelry is about finding delight in the details. The line is comprised of gold-plated charms, colorful stones, and timeless design. Bold aquamarine stones are paired with dainty gold accents. Simple chains are embellished with whimsical details like dragonflies and acorns. Two of the most popular pieces feature dinosaurs and handcuffs, respectively. It's about living in the moment and embracing spontaneity. It's elegant and sexy with a tinge of sass.
